These terms form a contract between you ("Customer") and Bloor Engineering Ltd, company number 14230472, registered at 11 Pennine Way, Swadlincote, DE11 9EX, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "Siftra"). By signing up at siftra.co.uk you accept these terms.
Siftra provides a searchable database of publicly available UK business listings with contact information. Paid subscription tiers unlock additional search volume, CSV export and API access. We update the data regularly but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of any individual record.
If Siftra is materially broken for you within 14 days of your first payment, email george@bloorengineering.com and we'll issue a full refund. Outside that window, we don't offer refunds but you can cancel any time.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.
We source business data from public listings. Individual businesses may request removal of their listing by emailing george@bloorengineering.com. Removal requests are processed within 7 working days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost profits, lost goodwill, lost data arising from your downstream use of the service).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. We can terminate immediately if you breach these terms. On termination your access ends, but we may retain your account record for tax/legal obligations (see Privacy Policy §5).
We may update these terms; if material, we'll email logged-in customers at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
